Teacher Verification

All teachers on our platform must:

• Provide accurate personal and professional information
• Submit to background verification checks
• Maintain updated qualifications and certifications
• Adhere to our teaching quality standards

Booking and Payments

• All payments must be made through our platform
• Teachers will receive payment as per the agreed schedule
• Platform fees are non-refundable
• Cancellation policies apply as specified

Code of Conduct

Users must:

• Treat all users with respect
• Provide accurate information
• Not engage in harmful or inappropriate behavior
• Report any violations or concerns

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Shikshaa and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of Terms.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Shikshaa, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform.

Safety and Emergency

• Use the SOS feature only in genuine emergencies
• Follow safety guidelines for in-person meetings
• Report any safety concerns immediately
